Excellent service from listing to settling
We dealt with Hillsea when purchasing the property over 20 years ago. As loyal clients we contacted Cheena to get an opinion on the market and to get some advice about preparing the property for sale. Cheena was very knowledgable and positive about getting the best price in a hot market and although an initial buyer fell through, she was able to secure a sale promptly. Cheena has been great with communication throughout the sale journey, as we live in Melbourne, but she kept us updated as necessary and has impressed us with her professionalism, organisation and dedication. Highly recommended!!

First home buyer experience
This is my first home. From the beginning I found Cheena relaxing to be around. Very welcoming to the property. When asking Cheena about the property, the surroundings and the Southport market, I found she was very confident to what she had to say. I had been looking around Southport area for sometime and dealt with a few agents, but Cheena stood out. She has been through the whole saga and dealing with my first home buyers, arrh what do I do now kind of saga. Cheena is a great realestate agent and I would recommend her to anyone.

An agent that I would use again!
We noticed Cheena when we were buying and we thought right away this would be the agent we would want to sell it through. We could see she would get the best possible price. Very respectful and devoted to his job.
Robert sold our house without it being officially on the market using his customer base. As my daughter and family were still living in the house he was very good at inspections fitting in with there very busy schedule. I would have no problem with recommending my contacts to Robert.
