Amazing Service & Communication!
Cheena was available and able to answer all of my queries. We had the contract back signed within 24 hrs of placing an offer in, and after MONTHS of looking and almost losing hope, I was able to finally get into my first property. If it wasn’t for Cheena, I wouldn’t have been blessed with this great opportunity!

Great agent
Cheena Khanna was the listing agent for our recent home purchase. Inspections were by appointment to cater for the previous owners requirements. Cheena was prompt with replies and all her communications. She facilitated multiple viewings to accommodate both myself and my husband at short notice and later made building and pest inspections smooth and easy. She kept open lines of communication between ourselves and the sellers to provide additional information we required. She made negotiations smooth and she was clear in communicating the owners requirements and also our own so we could come to a win/win terms of agreement as quickly as possible. She seemed to genuinely have the sellers best interests at heart but also provided great service to us as buyers even during the days leading right up to her wedding day. She continued to stay in contact after settlement to ensure our move went smoothly. Overall a great experience.
