I purchased my property through David at the end of 2017, the process was seamless and so he was the one I approached when I decided to move and sell in October 2021. David had a list of buyers looking for my type of property and it was sold before it actually had to have open homes. Cheena made selling my investment property, remotely from another state, a breeze. There were challenges with access to the property, due to the property being tenanted, and the property has been in a poor state of maintenance, however Cheena was able to find a buyer promptly, and achieve price in-line with my expectations.
