Cheena contacted me to ask if I would like to sell my property. As I was unsure at that point I told her I would think about it. She operated respectfully in that she did not 'hound' me until I was ready to make my decision, just checked in with me a couple of times. When I did, we set the price, discussed terms and she put the place on the market. In spite of a Covid-19 lockdown, Cheena was able to show prospective buyers through the property, either in person or online and she managed to achieve a price for me over the asking price within a very short time period.
