When we bought our house, our real estate agent Cheena had to put up with a very difficult seller. He was an obnoxious bogan... probably high on garden tools and Bunnings' snags. However Cheena kept her cool and carried on, despite obnoxious behaviour from Lord Bevan of Boganville. It took a long time for us to get our finance organised due to Covid and other fun world events. And Cheena hung in there while we were trying to get ourselves into a chunky amount of debt for the house of our dreams. She was good with advice and acting as a middleman, shielding us from the high bogan. And that chick is hot and her hair was always perfect. Can recommend.

Hillsea Realestate is a family run business and David Truswell, the Principal, had actually sold me the property 20 yrs ago and so his knowledge of the area is superb. His professional, realistic approach to advice given re market trends and marketing my property was greatly appreciated and married fairly accurately with my thoughts. The property had only ever been a rental, and was looking tired. We both agreed that there was no financial benefit to me in refurbishing the property, so it was sold 'As Is'. The agreed listing price was very accurate for the market at the time and David made sure that prospective buyers knew that. There was a lot of genuine interest, even though the COVID -19 pandemic was beginning to cause mayhem. The property sold in just over 3 weeks. Amazing result! I would highly recommend David Truswell if you are looking for an honest, realistic Agent to market your property, if you are genuinely serious about SELLING

My partner and I first met David when we inspected a property for sale whilst house hunting in Arundel in 2019. We had seen quite a few properties at that point and had met a lot of agents. David stood out among the others. We were impressed with his friendly professional demeanour and vast knowledge of the local market, particularly the wider economics, demographics and history of the surrounding suburbs. We decided that when the time came, we would list our own property with him. It was a good decision. David recently sold our property, respectfully working through the Covid-19 restrictions with care and professionalism. We can definitely recommend him as an agent and will use him and Hillsea again.
