Hillsea Realestate is a family run business and David Truswell, the Principal, had actually sold me the property 20 yrs ago and so his knowledge of the area is superb. His professional, realistic approach to advice given re market trends and marketing my property was greatly appreciated and married fairly accurately with my thoughts. The property had only ever been a rental, and was looking tired. We both agreed that there was no financial benefit to me in refurbishing the property, so it was sold 'As Is'.
