My partner and I first met David when we inspected a property for sale whilst house hunting in Arundel in 2019. We had seen quite a few properties at that point and had met a lot of agents. David stood out among the others. We were impressed with his friendly professional demeanour and vast knowledge of the local market, particularly the wider economics, demographics and history of the surrounding suburbs. We decided that when the time came, we would list our own property with him. It was a good decision. David recently sold our property, respectfully working through the Covid-19 restrictions with care and professionalism. We can definitely recommend him as an agent and will use him and Hillsea again.

I have dealt with some very good old hands in the realestate game but Cheena happened to cold call me at a moment of being less than satisfied with my regular sources, the market was to blame but that didnt concern Cheena, she wanted a crack. I set the bar beyond what I felt was reasonable because i wasnt placing any stock in Cheena being able to deliver. Then Cheena went on ahead and achieved what i had believed to be unreasonable, i doubted her every step and i communicated that with her. Those are the sweetest victories and Cheena is a winner. her name will always stand out to me in the real estate game.
