Donna was simply amazing. Coordinating a property sale from a distance can be difficult but Donna made it so easy. We were in charge of selling my Aunt's property in Helensvale after she went into aged care, we reside in Melbourne and during covid19 it made the process of getting there very difficult. However when we appointed Donna there was no need to attend the property as she had it all under control. There were several purchasing parties interested through Donna's contact list and ultimately the property was sold to a couple that have a great vision for the Golf Course property. Donna then arranged for the property to be cleaned out, furniture and blankets to be donated to the Animal Shelter Charity store. The sale process was made so easy by Donna and she kept us up to date at every stage. Amazing work.. and our family Thank Her enormously as it allowed my Aunt to have peace of mind that the sale or her property was effortless and enjoy her time settling into Aged Care. We are more than happy to recommend Donna as she was simply excellent.

After contacting numerous realestate agents saying I was ready to buy none of them really cared. I met Donna at at house I was out bid on. Straight away I connected with Donna and she was on a mission to get my my house I wanted on my best friends street. It took a few months of hard work but Donna didn’t give up on my dream and found me a perfect house directly across from my friend. Working with Donna was an absolute dream. My wife does shift work so having open homes were out of the question. Donna made it so easy to get people through the house. Other agents said the house would take twice as long to sell without open homes. Donna sold it two days after going onto the market without an open home. Its just shows the work that Donna puts into her clients and actually cares about the situation you're in.

Selling our house while living in NZ has been tough, with covid hindering our travels, however having Donna take the rains and assist us with EVERYTHING has made this process so much easier.
