By nature I have a tendency to be very weary of any sales person, especially when it's the largest purchase a person usually makes in their life. I can honestly say Donna was honest, kind, worked very hard for both the vendor and us to get the deal done fairly. Donna does not pressure sell or use tricks she has respect for the buyer and deals with each offer fairly. I would definitely purchase through Donna again. We told her what we were looking for and that is the house she showed us, most agents just call you on all listing's even if it is not the house you described interest in as they just need foot traffic through the house. Donna was soo helpful from get go, when we asked her to do an appraisal on our invest property without alarming the tenants a year before we decided to sell so we could get some idea on valuation, she managed to do this discreetly and also kept potential buyers interested in buying in the area in her mind for when the time came that we decided to sell.
