By nature I have a tendency to be very weary of any sales person, especially when it's the largest purchase a person usually makes in their life. I can honestly say Donna was honest, kind, worked very hard for both the vendor and us to get the deal done fairly. Donna does not pressure sell or use tricks she has respect for the buyer and deals with each offer fairly. I would definitely purchase through Donna again. We told her what we were looking for and that is the house she showed us, most agents just call you on all listing's even if it is not the house you described interest in as they just need foot traffic through the house. I am grateful Donna listened and filtered what she rung us about so as not to waste our time. I believe she had her vendors best interest at heart and worked with us to get the right price and a very fast sale for the vendor. We'll done Donna, you are a very efficient and thorough agent.

Donna was soo helpful from get go, when we asked her to do an appraisal on our invest property without alarming the tenants a year before we decided to sell so we could get some idea on valuation, she managed to do this discreetly and also kept potential buyers interested in buying in the area in her mind for when the time came that we decided to sell. The day we said to Donna we are ready to sell, she had a buyer the same day and we got the price we asked for. AMAZING! Donna also managed to keep our nerves at bay for 2 months while we waited for tenants lease to expire and the sale to new buyers was settled. Communicating at all times.
