We recently sold our house in Forde with Junior Chong and couldn't be happier. From the very first meeting he was warm, easy to talk to, and actually took the time to listen to what we were after, which honestly isn't always a given. Throughout the whole process he was on the front foot with communication. We never had to chase him for updates, he always got back to us quickly, and he was realistic about expectations from day one rather than overpromising. That made a big difference in keeping our stress levels down. Three open homes and we had a result within 10 days that we were really happy with. The whole experience felt smooth and straightforward, and a lot of that came down to Junior just being genuinely good at his job, and a pleasure to deal with.
