I couldn’t fault Eva. I met her at an open home and knew she’d be my agent to sell my home. Her demeanour for me as a buyer was important as I wanted a positive experience for buyers too. She has exceptional knowledge of the industry, and can read where a buyer/seller is at, and patiently guide them through the process. Eva listens to your needs and desires. When I told her that it was important to me that I support women in business, she made sure that my auctioneer was a woman too. Eva supported me the whole way. She always kept me updated on progress. And she was determined to get the best outcome for me in my sale. And she achieved what was beyond my original goal! I would 100% recommend Eva to anyone considering her to sell your property. Honesty, openness and integrity are things that are lacking in some professions these days. Especially when you may have commissions involved. Eva breaks this mould and was tremendous to deal with. True and honest operator. Amazingly efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. I can not recommend Eva enough. From the first meeting through to the settlement I was well informed and felt that she had the needs of myself and my family at the forefront.
