Josh is a professional and a very efficient agent. We sold and bought a property through him. As a buyer and as a seller, I'm very satisfied with how Josh managed the transactions. He is a professional and does not waste time. Even though, the sold price was lower than what was given in the appraisal, Josh was on point on adjusting the sale price and very efficient in selling our home in a short period, despite slow market.
