Not every time your property sells at auction and in this case this is what exactly happened to me. I believe Lauchlan worked even harder to sell my apt once it became a private sale. Opening it up two to three times a week and never forgetting to call me after each open with his feedback. Andrew helped with the successful auction of my home in Windsor. He kept in touch periodically over a couple of years, so that I knew what was happening in the market. We interviewed 3 potential agents to assist in selling our apartment, however Wally and his team at Armadale Hocking Stuart stood out from the crowd.
