We had a buyer's agent assist us as we live interstate. The Belle agent had emailed us with a "first to see" property which we liked and then found that the same agent had another "first to see" property that we also liked. After contacting the agent, he offered to take videos of both at the open inspections that day, which he did and forwarded to us. Our buyer's agent also attend in person and we made an offer on our preferred property shortly thereafter.
