Key reason for choosing Belle was that I was told by neighbours that Belle can get a good price for one's house. This was what happened, in the end. I was less impressed with the contractor that did the painting and styling of the house; there were shortfalls between what was agreed and what was actually done, but I accept some responsibility in that I was absent in the initial stages. The agent helped sort out issues.
