From the very beginning of the inquiry into the property for sale, James has been highly professional in all areas of the purchase. He made himself promptly available for all my queries, even out of office hours on a number of occasions. James was able to liaise between parties efficiently, and also made me aware of proceedings at each stage of the transaction. He has been both courteous in his manner throughout, and also knowledgable of the area where I shall soon reside. I would not hesitate to recommend the Belle Real Estate team at Armadale. A professional, engaged and reliable agent
Michel is a highly skilled and very responsive agent, this was evident from the moment of my initial inquiry/request for inspection. He provided me with S32/COS to review early which helped fast track my decision to purchase. He is a clear communicator, was attentive and kept me updated with the property. I felt he genuinely was working in best interest for both vendor and buyer especially during an uncertain period (Victorian lockdowns #6) Thank you Michel!
