Had been good for the 4 years whilst the property was let. However, at end of lease, they were unable to uphold the agreements in place with the tenants for rectification of damage and agreed items, in a signed contract. Very disappointing that their advice and recommendations were not followed. We changed agents as a result.

Renovating our property took quite some time, energy and patience. We were clear that we wanted the right tenant for our home. Olivia was prompt, professional and patient throughout the process of vetting of potential tenants for the property. As well as the now onerous compliance requirements. Doubtless there were some difficulties, none attributable to the property management team at Jellis Craig. Olivia has not been deterred by the setbacks we have encountered, she has been reassuring throughout. We are now looking forward to the same patient, thoughtful, professional approach to the ongoing management of our property.
