Brooke is an absolute asset to the Jellis Craig Ballarat team! She is very knowledgeable, engaging, energetic, friendly and above all, very competent and efficient at her job! Excellent customer service.
I recently rented a property through Olivia. She guided me through the process and explained everything throughly. She communicated professionally and in a timely manner and made everything easy to understand. Her knowledge of the rental market was excellent. Above and Beyond
I am new to Ballarat and need a home. I saw 11 homes, this is the only one with Jellis Craig. Lu showed me the home, went through everything about the home in great detail. She was pleasant, caring and not preoccupied with anything else other than helping me with my questions. Once I decided to go with this property, I was contacted by Olivia to review my application. She was very nice explained the whole process of what was going on and what to expect moving forward. When I was approved by the property owner, I got the genuine feeling the property management group was as excited for me as I was to get a great place to live. To top it all off, I received a call from Lu asking if I would like her to provide me with the measurements of the fridge, TV, and the bedrooms. I was not expecting this at all. This showed me that they really care about their tenants and don't forget about them once the lease is signed. As I titled this, they went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend using this property management team to anyone who is looking!
