Jellis Craig was really helpful and efficient in securing our property! Emails were responded to quickly and we knew the outcome of our application within a day of our viewing. They arranged a video inspection for us given we were stuck in lockdown in metro Melbourne which was much appreciated. Only minor issue was when I called the agency the person on the end of the phone was quite short with me, but our agent has been great! Our agent has promptly answered all questions I have asked via email regarding utilities etc. Very happy so far!
