Theyre always friendly and on the ball with everything. The first house we rented through them had some issues and the property manager for that house was absolutely lovely and understanding and helped out as much as she could to get things sorted as quick as possible. Now that we're moving into another Jellis Craig property, the communication between property managers is great, the new property manager is really nice and on the ball with all the email correspondence, the woman that did the inspections with us was so friendly. It's great knowing that you're working through things with such a wonderful team of realestate people. It takes a great weight off your shoulders knowing you're dealing with real estate agents that are real people, instead of some of the more snobby ones we had to deal with living more in metropolitan Melbourne.
