Highly recommended
As a first time landlord, I was very happy with the whole process of finding tenants for my house. Lachlain is very professional with quick and clear communication, so there were no surprises along the way. Estimates of timings and expected rent were spot on. Lachlain and his team also do a thorough job in selecting tenants and checking references.

The best in Ballarat

Double no trouble!
Arian Lane could not have been more professional, helpful and reassuring when leasing two properties recently. Given that I live 3 hours away from my properties, I was quite anxious as to how I was going to manage this as I have rented both houses out privately before this. I need not have worried, every box was ticked and the process was no where near as fraught as I thought it was going to be. Arian is a delight, nothing is too hard and her punctuality and attention to detail were amazing. Thank you for all you did, at ease now!
