Very happy with their property management

We bought our unit through Hocking Stuart in 2010 and have used them to manage it for rental ever since. We have been very happy throughout that time with the level of service we have received and have no hesitation recommending them.

Great & pleasant agency to deal with.

Went to a house inspection and the young lady there, on behalf of Hockingstuart, was very pleasant, polite and smiled. After other agencies I have been to she was a breath of fresh air. Once our application was handed in we then spoke to Lachlan who was also very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Hockingstuart, where I think that a lot of other agencies could learn a lot from your employees, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and should be highly commended.

So professional and fast!

We were moving from Melbourne & looked for rentals in Ballarat. We found a great place through HS and from the beginning were treated with respect & courtesy. The staff have been very helpful & made us feel welcome. Not only are they professional & customer focused but approachable. We look forward to a long business association with them.
