We have recently acquired a rental property through Hocking Stewart Ballarat and could not be happier with their service! Despite the break over Christmas holidays, our application was processed quickly and we were able to move into the property promptly. Our agent, Kirsten Aisbett has been nothing but professional and friendly and very quickly addressed any concerns we had with our condition report. We have lived in many rental properties over the years due to relocations for employment opportunities so have had our fair share of experience dealing with real estate agencies. We would hands down say this is the best agency we have dealt with. Great job, highly recommend!
