Angela and Linda are a great team. Love the transparent and upfront way they do business. Not everyone CC's you in on info like they do, and they just do a great job of communicating and keeping us up to date with everything every step of the way. They let us know we could ask for their help to make the process go smoothly for certain things as well i.e keep the new turf we put in watered while we were away. Their experience and knowledge of our area and of real-estate business in general was very reassuring and put a lot of fears at rest for us. We didn't sell our place for as much as we might've hoped initially before some interest rate rises came in, but we feel they did right by us and gave us the very best chance we could have in the real-estate climate we were faced with because of their attention to detail and timely efforts. They really helped keep things moving for us even as my husband and I were a bit liable to freezing up and not functioning at times. I felt their rates were reasonable - comparitive with others, not excessive. They are compassionate and hard-working people. Always available when we called and patient when we managed to call back. Highly recommend them.
