The property was valued by Linda at 580 to 620k. I worked tirelessly to improve the property after this viewing asessment.It was on market 1/4/20. The sales agreement was 6 months, which as I realised after document sign was far too long. I was unaware that it was not hoing to be advertised on real estate.com largest site. The photos I wss told were unproffessional. The board out front had a huge photo of Linda , instead of property details. After only couple weeks I was hounded to drop price. After a couple more weeks I was hounded again to drop price. The future picture was painted BLACK according to REMAX as far as buyers affordability. Linda told me people were running out of the house in disgust. I found this a direct ploy to price drop again,and again. I had prepared the house by clearing, and washing as much as possible. It was to be advertised as is, demolish or renovate / or units., or both. After the treatment I was receiving , I asked to reduce the sales agreement to 3months or take it off market. Response was a firm "No". A buyer came after this, I was told we need an answer STRAIGHT AWAY, I was told there are not many buyers, and you might only get $5,000 more anyway. I had to decide then and there. It sold 510k UNDER THE ADVERTISED PRICE, AND NOT EVEN LAND VALUE Two other agents rang me and said it was worth at least 560 to 580 according to size land and even house structure is worth extra. So I feel TERRIBLY LET DOWN AND DISAPPOINTED to say the least. I t was stressful enough losing a relative and all the work I did , without be i ng treated like this. Quick sale drop price move on to next one.
