Josie’s professional organisation on listing the property in tight timeframe for auction was very reassuring. The campaign seemed to run smoothly & seamlessly which is a credit to Josie & her team. My only concern was possibly the touch of over quoting of the property which can be misleading to a vendor & ultimately result in a touch of disappointment when figure is not reached. Aside from this, every aspect of the marketing & professionalism from the agent was excellent.

Josie was direct and honest with me from the outset in terms of her market value of the property. I wanted to believe that is was worth more and that made it a little difficult. We had some disappointments including the auction with no bids. In the end Josie was correct in her asessment and her tenacity achieved us the sale.
