After 15 years I was dissatisfied with my previous real estate agent over the property management of my investment portfolio and a family friend suggested HOCKING STUART PRESTON (Josie GALATI & Joe LEDDA) several years ago and I have never looked back. From the very beginning both Josie and Joe have always taken an interest in my requirements along with my property manager, Julie Elder. The sale of the family home was very emotional and obviously sentimental, however it needed to be done and both Josie and Joe were the right people. I would not hesitate to recommend them both as they have always been courteous and professional in their approach to the sale of the property and any other rental requirements I may have had. Having said that, they have also added a friendly approach to the sale which again made me feel comfortable and secure with my decision. Both Josie and Joe make an impressive team and were the right team for me.

Joe Ledda was absolutely a 5 star Agent. I could not fault his commitment and loyalty. He went over and above at every turn. He understood my needs and did not pressure me in anyway. Josie and Abraham from Hocking Stuart Preston worked on the sale of my property. They were very patient and kept me well informed across the whole process. The inspection process, the sale process and the marketing/advertising process were all great. What I didn't enjoy was the signing contract process. I found the system to eSign didn't work on mobile or tablet devices and only worked on Google Chrome browsers. That was probably the only difficulty I had, other than that the end to end process was very good.
