Being a first time vendor/seller it can be a stressful thing to endure, but Joes professionalism, knowledge, prompt follow ups and call backs made the whole process easy. I was impressed with all elements of the sale process from Joe and Hocking Stuart, from the marketing campaign (photography, video, description etc), the weekly updates on email with data surrounding enquiries etc, and the auction on the day to receive a great result.

My experience with Joe has been easy and positive. Joe was an incredible from the initial open house till the finalisation of the property. His knowledge of the property, area and market was very valuable and his support through any hurdles was always 10/10. As a first home buyer I did encounter multiple agents and my experiences varied from bad to average but Joe was outstanding from the get go and the customer service just made my experience as a first home buyer smoother and better. What I was trying to capture was the essence of the man and the essence of the team. In fact the auction far exceeded our expectations but it would not be fair to rate Hocking Stuart Preston merely on a monetary figure. Far beyond that was their commitment to me as a vendor, their care and understanding of my personal needs as a home owner, their expertise in estimating the local market trends and their marketing strategies. As a person Joe was always very calm, communicated well and was honest. At no time during the campaign did energy levels diminish nor enthusiasm waver. Whatever the elements may be that make up "great" estate agents, they come together in perfection to make up the Hocking Stuart team.
