Hey Joe. Just wanted to say a quick thank you again for the sale of our property. Notwithstanding the last 5 mins before the auction started I can honestly say that I felt very relaxed for the whole campaign. Whether that was solely due to you and your team's efforts or not I can't say for sure, as we all tend to take things like that for granted when we are lucky enough to have them. What I can say with 100% confidence is that the way you go about selling houses is the right way. Just the right amount of information and contact provided, no pushy tactics that turn so many people off the real estate industry and a clear passion and understanding of the market were clear to see throughout the campaign. There are many (some might even say too many) real estate agents to choose from when it is time to sell your property. But finding the good ones, the ones that understand the market and communicate honestly and directly. The ones that make you feel like they are on your side. The ones that provide you with options on how best to market and present your home for sale, together with the space to decide what you should do. They are much MUCH harder to find.
