We were very happy with the efforts of Joe and his team in helping us with the sale of our Preston property, and we were confident we were in good hands throughout the process. The marketing and pre-sale activities were flawless. Communication was excellent, not too much and not too little but always there if we needed him. On auction day the market wasn't quite as buoyant as we had hoped but Joe and the team persevered and in the end we got a price we were happy with.
