Buying a property for when your children spread their wings is completely different to buying for yourself. There are your wishes and finances, there are their wishes and dreams and then there is Josie with her professionalism and patience. The unit we bought was one of the first ones looked at but it took a long time before everyone was on the same page and an offer could be put in. Despite numerous viewings and questions, Josie patiently walked us through and answered questions never knowing if we were the buyer. Josie was diligent in drawing our attention to the selling points of the property and was more than accomodating in making sure we were familiar and happy with all aspects of the product avaliable and the buying process.
