My main feedback (aside from the below) is that we've been spammed twice to give feedback in the week following the auction. We're still in settlement, so it seems too soon to be giving feedback. The other major piece of feedback is that we saw the property listed at 1.5-1.6 on the Hocking Stuart site, but it was listed at 1.3-1.4 on Realestatecom. That's quite a difference, and it was clearly artificially lowered on Realestatecom. This is not a complaint against Joe or the team, just something worth noting.

Joe Ledda and his business partner agent Josie Galetta are just outstanding real estate agents. They were always willing to go above and beyond for us, even opening the house again after the auction to show my kids, and staging a "sale" after the auction where the kids believed they were buying the house from the agents and got to put a "sold" sign up again on the auction board. Joe was also very willing to open the house several times during the settlement period to provide access for tradespeople to measure up for minor alterations we were planning to make. Every part of the purchase process was handled brilliantly by Joe and Josie and they helped us with identifying the perfect house. I also hesitate to say this but I can genuinely say Joe and Josie didn't tell us any BS along the way which is unfortunately par for the course with many agents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. At the end of the whole process, Joe even drove to the seller's private residence on the other side of town to collect some supplementary keys and deliver them personally to us at our house. Just an amazing dedication to providing a great outcome.
