After an unsuccessful campaign with another agent which failed to get any written offers on our property, Marcus and Carl from Hodges were able to deliver on their promises. Marcus is a skilled negotiator who lives and breathes real estate - he gets what others just don't. Anyone can stand at a door in a booming market or at a price point that sells itself... however when conditions are more complex or challenging, or if you have a slightly unique/higher end property, these guys are the best agents in town to pull together a deal with their negotiating skills, and true understanding of real estate and it's values. We were happy with the result achieved in a 4 week campaign and know that switching to Hodges was the right decision to sell our properties.
