Somewhat surprised at Jeffs belief that the garden was not important at the property he sold for us. Initial stated value prior to sale was somewhat overstated. He gave us an estimate of what were were likely to achieve, then denied that he had estimated that sale price.

We had a difficult property to both appraise and ultimately sell with such unique position and architecture it was an unknown how to sell I thought the sale would have been more difficult but we were able to flush out the interest via a great marketing campaign which was comprehensive and reached out to any interested buyer I would certainly use Hodges again

Jeff was terrific from the day we first spoke with him right through to after the sale was completed. He followed up with a phone call after each inspection of open house. He and Marcus were very personable on the auction day even though this a time of tension.
