Jeff made the process easy
As a buyer, the whole process of finding a house you love is so stressful. Jeff has been so helpful and made the buying journey so much easier, he was knowledgeable about the propertyhe was selling and could answerall my questions. Marcus is a fantastic communicator and provides real world assessment and advice.
From the outset we agreed on an outcome that was realistic to achieve a rapid result for a unique property. During the process Marcus handled all of the jobs required to prepare the property for auction. We achieved an excellent result and this is the second time we have used Marcus to sell our properties. Would I go a 3rd time? Absolutely.

Marcus was very professional and achieved what he promised in the sale of our property.
Marcus was very accurate in his valuation of our property prior to sale and then marketed our property in a manner which enabled the sale price to be at the upper end of the valuation. All of this was achieved in a brief time span.
