Look elsewhere to sell your home.
We have just sold and bought. The difference between our selling agent and Jeff as our purchase agent is chalk and cheese. Seemed to always be in a rush, particularly around securing fees, at times unprofessional referring to our conveyancer as ‘your bird’ in this day and age completely disrespectful to women. After advising he would follow up on services he failed to do so and on settlement day the place was not presented at all well (blueback on walls still) and he couldn’t even bother to make the effort to handover keys in person. If you are selling your home I would look elsewhere for an agent.

Outstanding service from Start to Finish
From the start Marcus showed what an absolute professional he was. From appraisal of the value of the property to what we should do to achieve the best price to organizing contractors to achieve all this in minimal time and then to top it all off we got the price and settlement we were after. Professional, responsive and got the job done!
Marcus was always professional and responsive to queries, never pressuring but always following up. Most impressive was the fact that he was straight down the line, which we appreciated, knowing where you stand and what it would take to get the deal done. There was no sugar coating the facts - which is a rare commodity in the real estate business. Highly recommend Marcus regardless if you're buying or selling.
