Marcus was the complete professional
Marcus was professional in all the interactions we had, from the time we first enquired about selling our property through to the actual sale. We were informed of all open times in plenty of time to be prepared and were always given good feedback afterwards. The price estimate given to us was reached at auction. We were very happy with the sale process and with Marcus’s help as we navigated our way through all that needed to be done.

Sold in in a week!
The Hodges team were amazing. I loved that all the Agents came and toured the home so they all had Intimate knowledge of our place and worked hard to get it sold, not just on agent working on their own. The end result speaks for itself.

Experienced and Hardworking
Marcus has a no nonsense attitude and is committed to getting the job done. He is very up front and agile when circumstances require thinking outside of the box (eg lockdowns). While our property didn't sell at Auction, Marcus worked hard all day to secure a buyer by 6.30pm that night.
