Based around his research centric approach, use of several modern sale platforms (internet, statistics etc), and knowledge of the market landscape, Mark Eddy is very, very good at extracting the maximum market price for your property. If your a buyer that's bad luck for you, but if your the vendor then make sure he's on your side! We were on both ends of Marks wrath, first as the buyer of our new home, then afterwards we enlisted his services when we sold our old home.
