We felt at ease with Jeff from the moment we met him. At no stage did he pressure us to sign with Hodges or later to accept offers on our property that we were unsatisfied with. The bottom fell out of the market soon after we listed our property, making the process longer and more stressful than anticipated. Despite this, Jeff remained calm and optimistic throughout. He didn't flinch when we turned down an offer at auction that was below the reserve even though he knew the market had shifted substantially during our campaign. Jeff continued to follow up potential buyers and host opens on our behalf then navigated us through a conditional sale with an uncommunicative buyer. When it looked like the contract would fall through and we decided to pull the pin and relist the property as a rental, Jeff was gracious and collaborated with the rental agent even when it looked like he would receive no commission. Meanwhile, he continued to work the buyer and their agent until the property was sold unconditionally (just before we signed a tenancy agreement!). Thanks for getting the job done, Jeff!

I have known Andrew for near on 10 years. He is somebody that I totally trust and have gone to many times now for advise. He has even talked me out of selling a property despite doing himself out of a sale. Recently sold my elderly Mum's family home and the price was within $10K of what he originally estimated it to be.
