I found out out how much work Andrew and the Hodges team (Vanessa and Pandelis) did for us to sell our house. I saw it first hand the messaging, communicating the process. The documents and calendar appointments. With everything leading to that 10 minute auction. I was proud to be part of the process when it was done. We are very happy with the service that Andrew and his team provided. Good explanation of the service and processes up front. Advertising and advertising plan professionally put together. Useful advice for staging the house. Management of ‘open for inspections’ was minimally disruptive (even for our nervous cat) with regular reporting of buyer interest. The auction was well run with a result nicely above our reserve. Altogether a very satisfying experience.
