From my very first meeting with Andrew Plousi, I had confidence in his ability to conduct a well planned and executed sale of the unit at Black Rock. At this meeting I was most impressed with his knowledge of market conditions, and ability to make a realistic appraisal of the unit in the local context. It was also encouraging to know that he had the resources at his disposal to effectively market the property according to a well constructed plan. The sale process was not without its problems due to external factors beyond our control, but at all stages Andrew gave me reassurance that he and his team could follow through with the timetable for marketing, inspections, feedback and auction etc. as it was originally set out. All aspects were covered most efficiently and professionally with regular communication and reporting by phone and emails.

Absolutely refreshing having Andrew work on our behalf. We were a very slow burner client switching between selling, renting the house out, knock down and rebuild and back to selling. Every time we sought Andrews advice he was always impartial, never pushing us for the sell. I had many dealing with Andrew over the years and he is my 'go to' Agent due to his high level of transparency, honesty and integrity. Andrew communicates effectively so you always know what's going on; he also aligns to your strategy and selling goals but is very honest about what needs to be done to present your property and then what the likely sale price will then be. You can tell Andrew has a geniune interest in the property market, has excellent local knowledge and his goal is to get his Clients the best possible outcome. In my experience Agents often tell you what you want to hear and can exaggerate what you might sell your property for just to sign you up for sole agency; then when those exaggerated expectations are not met they push you into the sale - unfortunately this is common in the RE industry...this is defintely not Andrew's operating style and hence why I've trusted him over the years.

Very poor communication from Andrew and therefore terrible experience for us as first home buyers. We naively put our trust in andrew as an agent and he severely mislead us throughout the process - costing us thousands. As soon as he made the sale he was no longer interested in the process and experience for the buyer or seller in the lead up to settlement. I would highly recommend to go with a different agent.
