Our mother’s house was recently sold through the Hodges Mentone office and what a job they did! Andrew Plousi and Vanessa Downey did an absolutely brilliant job in achieving our required result. Their marketing strategy and visual presentations were absolutely spot on. What our family and friends were amazed about was how much information they kept feeding to us nearly every day on areas such the numbers through the property when opened for inspection and the comments being made about the property. They also held additional inspections for a number of the interested parties outside the nominated viewing times. The stylists they recommended were top notch as well and made a huge difference to the way the property looked both internally and externally. We did our homework prior to selecting an agent using the Rate My Agent site and the results showed that Hodges Mentone knew Mentone and had the results behind them. We could not have asked for a better team to put our mother’s house in than Andrew and Vanessa- well done guys!!
