Jeff ran a well-managed sales campaign of our unit. He conducted Open for Inspections to both demographics that wete interested in our unit which meant we had three a week. Jeff kept us up to date with the analytics from our online advertising and foot traffic through our Opens. He also provided us with advice on how to get our unit ready for sale. It was also good that Jeff was our auctioneer as he knew our property well and was able to present it in its best light.
