Smooth, Professional & Stress Free Rental Experience

My rental process was smooth & stress free from start to finish. From the initial inspection through to signing the agreement, everything was handled efficiently. Reported maintenance items have been attended to without issue, which makes settling into my new home a very positive experience. Communication is excellent, my property manager, Shelley Clack, is a seasoned professional, kind, communicative, responsive and helpful. I would happily recommend Shelley, her team and Hodges Real Estate.

Alot better than previous agents.....

Having had this property for 15 years we have used a few different agents over the time. I was getting over the agents and how lazy and unprofessional they were. Shelley has been fantastic, there is a huge gap between her and the Team Hodges compared the other local agents. Highly recommend to change over.

Frighteningly smooth, easy and friendly.

I hadn't been a prospective tenant for many years, so I was a bit lost at 'how things worked nowadays'. I met Shelley at the Open For Inspection and she was very welcoming and informative. It was nice to have a real conversation with someone who wasn't watching the clock to get to their next (overbooked) appointment. Shelley and the Hodges team facilitated everything online, and I was never left wondering what I should be expecting next, or what to do at any stage. Things happened very quickly and smoothly, and I'm now in my new joint for the next phase of my life.
