Having had this property for 15 years we have used a few different agents over the time. I was getting over the agents and how lazy and unprofessional they were. Shelley has been fantastic, there is a huge gap between her and the Team Hodges compared the other local agents. Highly recommend to change over.

Julia also helped me find a great cleaner to get the house ready for rental, as I am based in Melbourne and didn't have time to do a final clean. Hodges Rye also has a fantastic choice of trades people, that are not only reasonably priced, but they turn up on time and do a great job. So like I said "if you want great results" you need a great Real Estate Agency. I my opinion you can't go past Hodges Rye. And for rentals I strongly recommend Julia Grant and your go to person.
