Our Agent has great strength in Negotiating with his clients, he has a fairly transparent mannerism which makes him very easy in dealing with. Stephen was up against the odds as things unfolded in lesser favour on the day of Auction to all our surprise, however he managed to get us very close to our desired result very quickly and without fuss. We are not in any way disappointed with the work he delivered.

Angus provides a seamless service being able to move professionally from sales to the conduct of the Auction on the day and the final closure of sale. I did a little bit of groundwork with some of the agents in the area , and although seemingly most professional in there presentation and operation I felt a couple were just too "smooth" for me . I contacted Steve from Hodges (Sandringham) and was quite frank about the service I required . The property in Hampton was really only suited to developers so Stephen very quickly had a great number of prospective purchasers showing interest . I think we issued perhaps a dozen or more contracts . Steve was most thorough with his communication and made the entire exercise quite effortless for me . We achieved the 'top-end' of price expectation and had a rather prompt sale . No issues , no problems ...totally satisfied !
