Our house was tricky to value given that it was the only one of its kind in a small pocket but Angus and his team gave a fair and honest value based on his knowledge of the wider area. Throughout the process Angus was honest, employing tact and diplomacy where needed to soften some harsh realities and deal with our wobbles. He cannot be faulted on the level of communication, ensuring that we knew exactly what was going on via phone calls, texts, emails and reports. My mother's home was the second property Paul has sold and I can now attest to his rare qualities amongst Real Estate agents.
