Jules is a fantastic agent. The market research was completed from neighbouring suburbs. No question was a silly question and communication was timely as each step of the process was undertaken. Jules provided reassurance throughout the process. The house was leased in under two weeks. It was a smooth process and I would throughly recommended Jules to any party leasing their property.

Joanne John the most wonderful agent of all! Always pleasant, courteous and knows her job so well. Always on the ball with advice and good workers and tradesmen to do the jobs needed and for better prices. Sets everything in motion for continuation by maintenance stability and tenant occupation. Joanne at Edison McGrath is an excellent property manager, she is efficient and very thorough. We've always had an easy time communicating with her and find that she is very quick to get back to us if we ever need. We have had a few different property managers over our 3 years renting with Edison McGrath and Joanne has definitely been the best.
