On the day of the inspection our realtor waited to the last possible minute to wrap up the inspection for us as my house mate was running late for the inspection, we fell in love with the house almost instantly and applied that evening. we got a response saying we had secured the property a day and a half later which from previous experiences was a phenomenal turnaround time in our eyes we appreciate the punctual comms we got from our agent and look forward to working closely in the future 10/10 would recommend Edison McGrath

Unfortunately unpleasant experience with Edison McGrath, Totally unprofessional real estate agents and property managers who knows nothing how to handle an ongoing problem with tenant. Just sending reminder invoices to pay water bill which was caused by water leakage and already previous property manager know about it. Definitely gone through training before taking over the previous PM position but still keep disturbing me by sending reminders to pay the high water usage. Definitely not going to recommend anyone to get any property through Edison McGrath.

I have had a great experience with the agent throughout the rental period. I got every help and support whenever I required with regard to the property. For instance, there were some minor but very important maintenance that were required during my tenancy which they immediately responded and had them fixed. There were also effective communication between me as a tenant and the agent which made everything easier.
