I purchased my investment property from Edison McGrath (which was a great experience, Lisa was fantastic) and then Edison McGrath have managed the property for almost 3 years now. They are proactive, great communicators, choose wonderful tenants and do really thorough and regular inspections with full photos. This gives me great peace of mind, given that I am currently located in Sydney, and the property is in Perth. Highly recommend their team !
