Always genuine in conveying the true state of affairs in achieving the sale or purchase. I had 5 property transactions through him with 3 of them in the last 6 months. He is not the normal real-estate agent but one who has the vast business and industry knowledge of successfully managing and marketing large land releases in Perth and elsewhere.
