He identified all the benefits that would have been appreciated by the buyer (and me). Brad's communication skills are very good. The documentation we needed to complete was explained clearly and was thus not difficult for us. I am sure he came across to the buyer as a dependable and professional agent. Overall he was professional in every aspect. I liked the way he explained to Michelle and I was needed for the apartment to get the best price.
